I totally agree. I am in my 30's and just starting to feel the effects of aging and metabolism slowing down. I know that if I don't change the unhealthy path of habits I've been engaging in (eating lots of sweets, not excercising enough), that I will only be downhill from here.

The best thing I did was pay over a thousand dollars for a personal trainer. Oh my, do I feel better. I'm learning more and more about watching what I eat, and feeling so energetic and my mood is great. I no longer fight against my body's urges and hunger, and respond with unhealthy things like eating sweets to satisfy hunger.

I feel so much better, overall, and for long stretches of time. When I ate sweets, I would feel good for an hour or two, and then crash. Dam it!!! More people should hire a trainer!!!!
