Hi! These days I am following an exercise regimen known as split workout. In this kind of workout you perform a different cardio exercise everyday for 30 mins. This has two benefits- mental and physical. Mentally you might get bored of doing the same cardio exercise again and again… walking the treadmill everyday or doing the Stairmaster day after day can be really monotonous. Physically, doing the same exercise everyday makes your body really comfortable and easily adaptable towards that particular exercise…. And when that happens, your metabolism rate stalls….you don’t gain much by the exercise… so this variation of routine is good for both the brain and the brawn. Try out different cardio routines such as treadmill, Stairmaster, Jogging, Aerobics dance tapes….
