		<description>Your instructions are way oversimplified. A basic kettlebell swing is done by holding the handle with both hands. Go down into a good squat while swinging it back behind you. Explosively thrust your hips forward to swing the kettlebell up to eye level or higher.

What you describe is not a snatch but a sort of modified-clean-and-two-handed press.
