		<description>I find the biggest challenge is finding the time to fit the right amount of each into a week and keeping it interesting. Maybe combining 2 into each workout might work. 
Also, although the benefits of stretching is clear to most people it is often the most overlooked aspect. Again, I think that this is mostly due to time constraints. If people are in a hurry to get their workout in, they are likely to miss this step and pay for it the next day.</description>
