		<description>I have tried many programs out there to encourage fat loss. I have climbed up and down the scale so many times that it is not even funny anymore.
My best success has been to cahnge the way I eat. I know that sounds cliche, but it really does make a difference. I have consistently exercised every single day. And I have gotten my sleep, so that the body can regenerate.
I have found some good programs online that teach, train and show one how to loose weight. some of these programs cost money, and some do not. Either way, it is worth it in the end if I am willing to put the time in and be consistent. After all, it is my body I have to live with.
