		<description>This is a lovely article, just reinforces the benefits of Yoga. I was skeptical before I started practicing it myself.I used to brush it off saying how one can lose weight (that&#039;s what my friend was trying to sign me up for at that time) by breathing exercises. I finally joined after the above mentioned friend dragged me toa class. I realized that Yoga was more than just breathing. It&#039;s about knowing and understand your body and respecting it. I couldnt join the classes but took up classes from Franz Andrini online ( http://www.zendle.com) It has certainly helped me understand myself more and yes, it did defitinely helping me lose weight. 3 pounds down at the last weigh and counting :) I&#039;m addicted to Yoga.</description>
